What we collect

When you fill in a form on this website (a free estimate, an emergency repair request, a referral or a contact message) we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, service address and the details of your project. A referral also includes the names, phone numbers and addresses of the people you refer.

When you call, text or email us, we receive your number or address and what you send.

Like most websites, we also collect information about how the site is used, such as the pages viewed, the device and browser, the approximate location and how you arrived. This comes from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, which use cookies.

How we use it

To contact you about your roof, prepare estimates, schedule and carry out work, handle insurance claims you ask us to help with, and pay referral rewards.

To understand which pages and advertising bring customers to us, so we can improve the site and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run this website and deliver its messages to us (our hosting and email providers), and Google for analytics and advertising measurement. With your agreement, your insurance company or adjuster when we help with a claim. Otherwise only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it
